HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
You'll pay just one standard delivery charge per order, regardless of how big your order is and how many parcels are sent.
The standard delivery charge depends on where in the world you are delivering:

Delivery within the UK is FREE on orders with a value of £75 or more (after any applicable discounts).
DELIVERY FOR TEAM McLAREN MEMBERS
If youíre a Team McLaren member please log in to your account to place your order. This will ensure any UK delivery charges will be completely FREE, whilst any international deliveries will be FREE for orders over Ä40 | $50.
Please note additional postage and packing costs may apply to orders supplied directly from our third party suppliers, i.e. certain collectables. Details are mentioned on the product pages where this is applicable.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Please note that we operate from the United Kingdom and therefore all prices displayed in Pound Sterling are inclusive of VAT. If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, and outside of the European Union, you will be responsible for familiarising yourself with, understanding, complying with and paying any duties, taxes or other levies applicable within the country into which you are importing your goods. We do no accept or refund refused or returned items on the basis of your non acceptance or non payment of such duties.

We deliver to the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, British Forces Post Office.
Europe: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia. Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Vatican City.
The Rest Of The World: Antigua, Australia, Bahamas, Bahrain, Barbados, Brazil, Canada, Cayman Islands, China, Fiji, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Jamaica, Japan, Jordan, Korea, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Oman, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, USA and Virgin Islands.
As per our Terms and Conditions of Sale, when ordering from us, you agree to comply with all Export Laws. you agree not to export any Product to any country in contravention of any Export Law, and not to export any Product to any country for which an export licence or other governmental approval is required, without first obtaining all necessary licences or other approvals. you warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country to which export of the Products is prohibited by any Export Law.
HOW DO WE DELIVER TO YOU?
Most of our UK orders are sent by Royal Mail. Overseas orders will be passed to, and delivered by, the national postal authority in your country. Higher value orders may be sent by a courier service such as DHL or equivalent. We reserve the right to select the method of carriage most appropriate for the goods and destination.
WHEN WILL YOU DESPATCH MY ORDER?
We despatch most orders the next working day. Every endeavour is made to despatch goods within a maximum of 3 working days of receipt of your order on available stock items. We normally advise you of the expected availability date of your product on the product information page.
Please allow extra time for despatch during sale time and periods of high demand such as Christmas. Minor delays may also be experienced from time to time due to UK public holidays.
For Team McLaren memberships, your welcome pack will only be despatched once the membership has been activated. If you haven't received an activation email reminder, please contact Customer Services.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery times will vary, but usually we expect UK deliveries to take place within 3-5 working days, European deliveries within 5-7 days and Rest of World deliveries within 4 weeks. We try our best to meet the delivery timescales that we quote, but occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control. Please allow extra time for delivery at busy posting times such as public holidays and festive occasions.
For Team McLaren memberships, your welcome pack will be despatched once the membership has been activated. UK deliveries take up to 5 working days, European deliveries take up to 10 working days and Rest of World deliveries within 4 weeks.
WHAT TO DO WHEN ITEMS DON'T ARRIVE
Please refer to your order confirmation email to ensure that the all items you ordered were in stock at the time you ordered. Please note orders may be fulfilled in more than one delivery. In the case of missing orders or items, you should contact us within 14 days of placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for lost parcels which are not reported to us within this period.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
What if I donít like the item or it doesnít fit?
No problem. Simply send the item back for a refund and please include documentation to notify what items you're returning and the reason why. Please note that, as per our Terms and Conditions of Sale, you will be returning any items at your own cost and that you are under a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession. Taking reasonable care means you must return the items in 'as new' condition and with all of their original packaging. If you fail to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession and return them damaged, modified or incomplete, we may charge you for any losses arising from your breach of this statutory duty.
If you require a refund
If you require a refund, you should also return any accessories and free gifts your received with your items. We will provide you with a full refund of the purchase price and any delivery charges you have incurred in getting the items to you no later than 30 days from, and including, the day on which you notified us of your intention to return the items in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale. Refunds are credited to your original method of payment.
If any items you purchase from us are defective or incomplete upon arrival, you must notify us immediately using the contact details published at the bottom of the page, to request an exhange or a refund.
