Return & Refund Policy

If you wish to return any product purchased on our Webstore you should follow the return instructions provided on the paperwork included with your delivery. You can return any item that you have ordered online within 30 days from the date you have received your order.

Please complete the return note provided with your delivery, including the reason for return using the codes provided, and include it with your items in the return package. If you have lost the return note you can download and print a new note here

We recommend you use recorded delivery, registered post or any local equivalent and to obtain a receipt for your return package, which can be used to track the item(s) you are returning should the package for some reason not arrive at our warehouse. Unfortunately we cannot accept liability for returned goods that never reaches the warehouse or are damaged during their return. In all cases, except where an item is faulty, the item(s) returned must be in their original and saleable condition. All packaging and labelling must also be included. All Shipping costs of any returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer.

The item(s) are the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure the item(s) are packaged properly to prevent damage or item(s) getting lost during the return.The initial postage and packaging charge is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

On receipt at our warehouse, standard inspection checks will be carried out in conjunction with the reason specified on the return note. Once approved a refund will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order. Please allow up to ten (10) working days from receipt of item(s) for the refund to reach your account.

On the rare occasion that item(s) have been shipped to you that do not conform to your original order, we will refund your initial delivery charge and arrange for a collection for the incorrectly delivered item(s). If the damage to faulty item(s) are deemed to be caused by the customer, no refund (for item(s), delivery charge or return postage) will be made. Branded Sports Merchandising cannot accept liability nor take responsibility for any bank or customs charges that you may have incurred from the time of ordering to when we have refunded your returned item(s).

Shipping Information

STANDARD DELIVERY:

Using UPS standard delivery, your package will be sent to an address of your choice (excluding PO & Military addresses). A signature is required upon receipt.  Cost: £6.90  within Europe and for orders outside of the EU the cost is £11.04. Our orders are usually dispatched the same/next working day, with the majority of orders being delivered within 3-5 days of being placed.

UPS Access Points:

We also provide the option of getting your order delivered to a UPS Access Point for you to collect at your convenience within 10 business days. You can see the full list of available Access Points here: https://www.ups.com/dropoff

International delivery:

We deliver to almost anywhere in the world via our international courier, UPS. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands. You will receive a tracking email from UPS once your order has been dispatched.

Customs:

As a European Business, any orders delivered within the European Union are exempt from customs and import charges. However, if your order is being delivered outside the European Union, you may be required to pay customs and duty fees once the shipment reaches that country. Additional charges for customs clearance are borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. To find out whether you are likely to end up paying charges, please check that countries customs and import policy.

Missed Deliveries:

Should you be out when your package is delivered, UPS will leave a missed delivery note and your package will be taken to your nearest UPS access point to collect within 10 business days. If the package is not collected within 10 days, it will be returned to our warehouse where a refund of your purchase (minus shipping costs) will be given, subject to circumstances.

Changing Delivery Address:

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible to get your items to you in the fastest possible time. As such once your order has been dispatched we are unable to amend the delivery address.
